You’ll deliver Well orders to customers around Breda, by bike or on our new electric scooter. You’ll make sure everything arrives in good condition and greet customers with a smile. It’s an active job that gets you out and about, with a great team behind you.

As Assistant Manager, you are the manager’s right-hand person and help shape the direction of the business. You turn plans into action, lead the team and stay actively involved in daily operations. You have an eye for numbers, processes and people, and want to grow into a manager role.

- Proven experience in a hospitality leadership role
- You have commercial awareness and understand figures such as revenue, margins and costs
- You think strategically and get involved on the floor

- You stay calm under pressure, make decisions and focus on solutions

You work side by side with the manager on daily operations and the growth of the business.
Managing operations
You share responsibility for daily operations, from staffing and stock to processes, and know what is happening across the business.
Building a team
You recruit, train and coach the team. You invest in people and build a close-knit culture.
Working with the numbers
You analyse revenue, margins and costs, spotting opportunities to improve the business.

- Deliver safely and offer friendly service at the door.

- You have a valid licence to ride the scooter.
- You’re reliable, ride carefully and turn up when agreed.
